Department of Applied Zoology

Teaching activities

The Department is responsible for and taking part in teaching the following courses:

  • In undergraduate programmes:

+ Invertebrate Zoology (in Vietnamese, for the BSc Biology Talented Programme, the BSc Biology Standard Programme, and the BSc Pedagogy of Biology Programme).

+ Invertebrate Zoology (in English, for BSc Biology International Programme).

+ Invertebrate Systematics (the BSc Biotechnology Programme).

+ Invertebrates and applications (advance BSc Biotechnology Programme).

+ Principles of Conservation Biology (in Vietnamese, for the BSc Biology Talented Programme, and in English for the BSc Biology International Programme).

+ Biological Field Studies (for BSc programmes in Biology and Biotechnology).

+ General entomology.

+ General hydrobiology.

+ Medical invertebrates.

+ Scientific English in Biology (for BSc programmes in Biology and Biotechnology).

  • In postgraduate programmes:

+ Courses of the MSc Programme in Zoology.

+ Courses of the MSc Programme in Hydrobiology.

+ Courses of the PhD Programme in Entomology.

+ Courses of the PhD Programme in Hydrobiology.

 

Staff members of the Department are always ready to guide and supervise undergraduate and postgraduate students in conducting their research and completing their (BSc, MSc, PhD) graduation theses.
